REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Defective Product Replacement Policy
1. Fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request Form.
2. Send the RMA Request form to us by email.

3. Help you to resolve the defective unit issue by email and phone.
4. Let you know if the product is under warranty or not.
5. If the issue is not resolved even after step 1,2,3,4, send the
defective unit (Including Speakers and Mic) and Invoice copy to our office address
and share the tracking number.

6. Do not send the defective unit to our office without the above procedure 1, 2, 3, and
4 otherwise the dealer has to pay the return shipping charges also.
7. Solve the defective unit issue in 5 -7 working days.
8. Find out whether the device is defective or not. We replace or repair the particular part if it
is defective.
9. Don’t replace the complete unit to the customer as per Sena policy.
10. If we don't have a stock, it may take longer than 7 working days to replace the main unit, speakers, mic, or battery.
Waterproof Warranty
1. All Sena products are waterproof, the water-exposed units will be repaired or
replaced accordingly.
2. It will take 4-5 weeks to replace or repair water-exposed units.
3. A waterproof warranty applies to devices purchased from Feb 25, 2023. Those who
purchased devices earlier Feb 25, 2023, are water resistant only.

Warranty Disclaimer
In addition to damages that may occur due to the use of the product, SENA will not be liable
for damages to the product that occur due to the following events:
1. When the product is exposed to fire or short circuit.
2. When it has undergone any physical damage.
3. When the user does not follow the content of the user manual.
4. Intentionally water-exposed products will not come under Water Proof Warranty.
5. Dealers must sell the product within one year after purchasing from us. The warranty of
the product will be valid for 4 years (the 50S, 50R, 50C) and 3 Years (Remaining Sena
products) from the date of purchase irrespective of the dealer sale transaction.

Charging time
Please charge the Sena Products battery as per the product specifications mentioned in the
user manual. The battery performance will be reduced if you charge overnight.

Purchased SENA products outside India
If the product is purchased outside of India, they need to contact the store where they
made the purchase and we do not provide any service or replacement for that
product.
Local Support
Please do not contact us for the repair or replacement if the customer already contacted
SENA International customer support must deal with them only otherwise You follow
SENA India customer support policies if you need a repair or replacement of the device from us locally.
